Last updated: November 4, 2026 This policy explains what UGC ROADMAP inc. ("UGC Roadmap", "we", "us") collects on this website, why we collect it, who helps us handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it. WHAT WE COLLECT • When you unlock the video: your name, phone number and email. • When you apply: your answers to the application questions. • How you use the site: how much of the video you watch, how far you get in the application, and how you found us (the link or ad that sent you, including UTM tags, and the referring website). • Your approximate city and country, which our hosting provider works out from your IP address. We do not collect your precise location. • A small cookie that remembers your application on this device, so you can pick up where you left off. WHY WE USE IT • To review your application and decide whether the program is a fit for you. • To contact you about your application by phone, text and email, including reminders if you started but did not finish. • To understand which videos, pages and ads work, so we can improve the site. We do not sell your personal information. "JUST APPLIED" NOTIFICATIONS After you apply, the site may show other visitors a short notice such as "Sarah K. from Toronto just applied" for up to 7 days. It shows only your first name, the first letter of your last name, and your city. If you do not want to appear, tell us and we will remove you. WHO PROCESSES IT • Netlify hosts the website. • Supabase stores your information. • Twilio sends our text messages. • Resend sends our emails. • Telegram (and Discord, if we use it) alerts our team when someone unlocks the video or applies, with their name and contact details. These companies handle your information only to provide their service to us. Some of them are based in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed there. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT We keep your information while your application is open and for up to 24 months after we were last in touch with you, then we delete it. We delete it sooner if you ask, unless the law requires us to keep it. YOUR CHOICES • To stop texts, reply STOP to any text from us. • To stop emails, reply to any email from us and say so. • To see, correct or delete your information, reply to any text or email from us and ask. We will answer within 30 days. UNDER 18 If you are under 18, get a parent's or guardian's permission before you apply. A parent or guardian can ask us to see or delete their child's information the same way. CHANGES If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
